Jean's Flower Shop was very friendly & helpful.The funeral home claimed they didn't receive the flowers for the funeral.I called Jean's & they re-delivered the flowers but to the family home.After receiving the thank you card from the grieving family, I then found out that they did receive flowers also from the funeral home(who had claimed when asked by me & Jean's that they did not receive the flowers the 1st time delivered by Jeans).Jeans made things right for us even though they didn't make the mistake.

I ordered flowers 1-1/2 yrs ago for my Mother in hospice before she passed away and they were absolutely beautiful. She got to enjoy them rather than sending funeral flowers. This last order, for my big sister's funeral after she passed away suddenly, I hope were just as beautiful. I didn't get to come back to the US for the funeral but wanted something her husband could take home. I wish I could have had a picture so I could have seen what the arrangement looked like. Maybe a suggestion for the future, take a digital pic of the final arrangement and send it to the sender. It would have been really nice to see it. Thanks for the beautiful arrangements you have made for me, your website is so easy to use and there are so many beautiful arrangements. Wish I could send one to myself but since I live in Tasmania that isn't too practical. But I still have sisters in Springfield and Peoria, so... Thanks again for your great service.

Sent the flowers to my mom. She just moved to assisted living in springfield, I was worried that it would be hard to find a good florist to know that she will be receiving what we orderd and it would be fresh. The flowers I reacieved had to be the most beautiful arrangment I have ever gotten. I love how the arrangement was beautiful at any angle.. even the back of the arrangement looked like the front (was there a front or back?). No skimping on flowers like some other shops.. Thank you so much! I was unfamiliar with Springfield florists and wanted a bouquet that would "wow" my daughter for completing her first year of teaching. Your beautiful arrangement did just that! She loved the pink roses, the unique greenery, the blue flowers, and the little pink flowers. She also loved the gorgeous bow. We like beautiful bows and interesting flowers. I had sent her a bouquet from a different florist close to her school and they arrived browning and injured so I looked on the internet and viewed your website.
